Barry Wood wrote in the question for this week’s edition of Bruce TV, which was, “What are the qualities that make someone a successful leader?”
If you’ve ever pondered that question or wanted to know how you’re doing as a leader, you’ll definitely want to watch this week’s episode where I share five qualities that I believe are present in all great leaders.
My recommendation would be that you first listen to the five qualities. Second, rank yourself on a scale of 1-10 (high) on each of the five qualities. And then pick one area where you’d like to improve your leadership—and come up with two or three ideas you can execute over the course of the next few days and/or weeks to improve your leadership.
